“Terri is an amazing host. She provides a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, toast, some type of muffins or pastry, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. She is friendly and tries to provide anything extra you may need. The entire place was very clean. Our bed was also very comfortable. There are parts of the house, such as the stairway carpeting, that could be replaced but overall we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great and it's easy to walk to downtown Charlevoix. The parking……

“The Belvedere B&B was the perfect location for our 3 night weekend. It was clean, comfortable, a great porch and the fact that it is a 1/2 mile walk into downtown is ideal for busy summer traffic. And our host was so friendly and helpful!”

“Staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice extra to offer chili in the afternoon at arrival. Food was very good. I’m not a great customer anymore at hotels/motels, had a couple bad experiences in the past. The room was okay, thats about it. Not clean in my view, full pop bottle under the bed, dirty towel in the bathroom on a hook, and a dead June bug on the floor. I liked the vinyl plank flooring by the bathroom. I hated the carpet, too dark and things can hide there. Too fluffy of pillows……

“I booked a room for a substantial amount of money because my 90 year old father was in the hospital with heart issues. He was supposed to be in for a couple days. A couple hours after I booked the room, he was surprisingly able to be released. The hotel manager was very uncooperative about even listening for my refund request. I had just driven 13 hours straight from North Carolina. I expected a little compassion and empathy but apparently he wanted to get the ridiculous amount of money and then……

“The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)”
